Via Sophia was designed to embody an authentic Osteria. The menu features dishes inspired by the southern Italian region and a spotlight of the eatery is its Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, prepared in an 880-pound Acunto wood-burning oven handmade in Italy that is set in front of a 10-seat pizza bar. Via Sophia’s extensive wine list is focused on mainly Italian varietals with a handful of specialty old-world and new-world options. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as weeknight Apertif Hour featuring discounted specialty pizzas, cocktails wine and beer.
