Having grown up in Sacramento, surrounded by the bounty of California’s Central Valley, Katie’s love for food and wine developed naturally. Her ambition to share the stories of the places and people she loves drove her towards a career in hospitality PR, and she is excited to continue that journey as part of the culinary team at Lion & Lamb. A recent transplant from Los Angeles, Katie previously worked at an agency handling PR for various wineries and wine-centric events. Past experience also includes working with a variety of restaurants and chef personalities in New York City and beyond. In her spare time, Katie enjoys rummaging for unique finds at flea markets, prepping to make her first vintage of wine (Gewürztraminer) and eating and drinking her way through the city!
